My forever and ever Chocolate Treasure - My signature biscuit

forever and ever... this is my best and most wanted cookies...


Muahahaha... at last I start this Fotopages... after letting it blank for quite sometime... . Actually I have no idea at all how to start the FP.. muahahahaha.... To Edit... to whatever... someone.. hellllppppp... heheheheh.........

So.. by doing trial and error... managed to attached my famous (chehhhh.... masuk bakul naik lif) Chocolate Treasure.... a cookies which are the most wanted cookiesduring the last few years hari raya... this Raya... i 'takmo' buat laaa.. hehehe...very very penat and very tedious..... but.. hehehehe.. every year i said the same thing ...............and i ended doing more and more of the same cookies.. and guess what... i still owe this cookies to some of my fren ... one in Singapore.. one in KL.... uwaaaaaaa

CHOCOLATE TREASURE

Ingredients :
Base :

250 g butter
25 g milk powder
65 g castor sugar
250 g flour
65 g cornflour
50 g cocoa powder

Method :

1. Sift all the dry ingredients. Set aside.
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well to form a soft dough.
4. Roll into small balls and place in the papercups. (You don't have to use petitin)
5. Bake.
6. Remove from oven and leave to cool.

Topping :

2 cups cornflakes
500 g white cooking chocolate
50 g almond nibs
50 g golden raisins/blackcurrents

Decoration :

Cooking chocolate

Method :

1. Melt the whicte cooking chocolate using a double boiler method. Melt a bit at a time to prevent it from hardening.
2. When melted, pour in the cornflakes, almond nibs and raisins/blackcurrents. Mix well to make sure all the ingredients are coated with the cooking chocolate.
3. Spoon a bit of the mixture onto the baked base.
4. Melt cooking chocolate using a double boiler method, and place it in a piping bag (I made my own using tracing paper). Drizzle on top of the cookies for decoration.

About the originalities.. mama rasa takde sape yang boleh create originalities takkk.. hehehe.. sebab macam mana pun..mesti dah ada basic dari orang dulu-dulu, terdahulu dan sebelumnya... kita tambah, kita ubah suai dan kita percantikkan saja.... Signature tu.. hahahaha.. saja nak gempak jerrrr... sebab kalau orang sebut mama.. mesti orang terbayang Choc Treasure... mcm kat muka ni ada gambau Chocolate Treasure laa pulak.. hahahahaha

Lenkali tidur malam tu.. basuh kaki.. nanti ngigau.. kalau pakai spek takpe..nampak kat mana nak lari.. kalau tak pakai spek.. hahahaha... golaapppppppp.....

CT - Alhamdulillah.. syukor.. teruskan.. mama doakan semuga tahun ni pun .. bisnes biskut ni akan meletup buat CT...

Katzz - Katzz mama dah cuba emel tapi tak boleh.. failed hehehe.. suhu tu ikut suhu biasa Katzz bakar biskut lain2 ya.... payah sikit nak specific.. sebab lain oven lain suhunya...

Fifi - Hi Fifi, mama pun tak dpt nak kata brapa byk satu adunan.... sebab mama selalu buat 2 tiga adunan sekali gus.. dn kiraanya dah lain... tapi it should be more tha about 100 pcs.. muai tapi leceh ya amatttttttttttttttt
